Back To The Future props?

Hi BTTF fans,

This shoe is hand-made by a veteran with over 30 years of shoe making experience to match the pair worn by Michael J. Fox. It is Men’s size US 9 & is 100% wear-able. The shoe upper is constructed from grey lycra & the tongue white lycra. The screen accurate rubber out-sole comes in 2 separate parts; grey with molded turquoise specks & translucent bottom :thumbsup

The shoe does not “self-lace” :cry but comes with removable Velcro front straps for easy wearing :lol Each side comes with EVA white back counter & side transparent rubber insert with 3 dimples :thumbsup

Since the shoe upper is constructed from lycra, you will be able to put them on even if you're a size 9.5 or 10 :love

Saw it on ebay some time ago... Very nice... I think the nike parts are a copyright problem, hm?!? Can it be attached for a more accurate look?

Hi onkelpsycho,

Due to copyright issues, I cannot sell the shoes with any NIKE logos but the buyer can put them on easily since there are so many talented people here :)

Hi,

That shoe is put together by BTTF123 from a real NIKE shoe. The ones I have is build from scratch using real shoe materials & is the most SA, functional shoe ever built :)

you should post these in the junkyard as more people can see them.Shoes look great :thumbsup

I just bought a pair from Mark. So far he is GREAT with communication and I will submit a review of these for everyone. I will be adding the NIKE and MAG logos to mine. I don't think it will be possible to get any LED's in the soles since they are already sealed up.

Brad

Hi Brad,

Thanks for your kind words! I shipped your shoes today so I will be waiting for your review post in a week's time :thumbsup

The forum moderator has requested me not to post sale related comments here so I'll move this to the bazaar :love

So, returned from ebay. Lost 2 auctions, so I asked myself: Whats the stuff worth?

I bid on a replica of Docs Stop watch from BTTF1 (Docs, not einsteins), tried it with $50, but the end result was about $170... :lol

Second, a set of Archer Space Patrol walkie walkies, gone for ~$50...

What you think? Is the stuff worth the price, or was my intention correct and just let it go...?!?

I think the stop watch is not worth that and the Space Patrol Walkie Talkies go for about that (out of the package). I just saw someone get an almost mint in the box Space Patrol set for like $60. THAT was a great deal. You can expect to pay $90+ for them in the package.

thanks, Brad. Yep, it looked like the walkie talkie package was unopened, but I dont know exactly... price tag was still on it...

ok, who cares? They were sold from germany, so I thought I could save some shipping costs... But they were not on my to do/to buy list...

Found another walkie talkie with battery attachted on it for $100 on ebay, battery looks not SA, I think its the wrong label...

Man, bidding on ebay props is too hot for me, if you dont know the prices of all the stuff...

Good, that we have here people with excellent BTTF props and the price is always the same... Hopefully I can add some other stuff to my collection after X-Mas...

Back in 2007 I managed to get two sets of those BTTF 2 Walkie Talkies with the screen matched packaging for about $40 for each pair on eBay. It was my first eBay purchase. And it has always been one of my favourite props from BTTF 2. Love the whole adventure of retrieving the Almanac. $50 seems a fair price. In the end the pricing all depends how much you as a fan are willing to spend on it. Someone may not have problems paying $200 for the walkie talkies and suddenly that becomes the fair market price, which is not the right way to estimate its value. But sadly that is how it works these days.

Yeah... After all, I thought about to make a nice battery/walkie talkie set, so maybe an original packaged set could be wrong for me.

But i dont know.. Its not that important, as other props...

I saw the screenused BTTF Frisbies Pies Plate on ebay...

Anyone interested to get it, cast it and make a run from it?!?

If you just take $50 for one, you only need 40 customers to et the money back for the plate...

anyone? :lol:lol:lol

So, the next props are gone on ebay, anyone from here scored?

Fantastic Story Magazine ~$140
Thrilling Wonder Stories ~$70

And I thought my $50 and $30 were much for both...

has anyone ID'd the stop watch that Einstein is wearing in BTTF 1? My einstein plush from universal, his stop watch pretty much all peeled off and want to replace it.

It was a "Citizen" stopwatch. Not sure which model, but the original displays on both of the watches were replaced with red LCDs for the movie. Doc's stopwatch was a Seiko.
