EvilBay! I nearly wet myself laughing :lol can I steal that phrase?
Would anyone know if the black knobs on the movie guitar has silver or gold tops?
Yes for the Gibson. My first guess is that they are gold, but that could just be because of the warm light. For the Gibson?

Hey, that guitar looks pretty nice for the money. I saw in emmas thread that you asked them to do a few changes. One of the minor changes you could ask for would be the silver inlays on the neck of the guitar, the 5th one up, (or down, doesnt matter) should not have a space in the middle, it should be one solid inlay. also, from the screen capture it looks as though the white part of the dial should be gold colored and that it is missing two screws between the bridge and the saddle. The pickups should be gold as well which I think you mentioned. One reviewer on aliexpress received a guitar with a fret inlay in the top fret, I would confirm with them that you wont get that.
Im sure you dont need any more screen captures but these are what I based my opinions on...

You could always use pictures to explain what you want to them. Universally understood. Looking good so far though
Here's one. https://reverb.com/item/150071-gibson-gold-brass-nos-pickguard-bracket-for-es-335
They're also on eBay. Search for "2004 Gibson USA Custom Shop Pickguard Bracket"
Was the screen used one gold? It looks to be silver. But most pictures of vintage 345s have gold ones. I can't decide decide.
Yes, all of the parts would have matched originally. Like the pickups, the gold would have worn off.
