You can adapt our paper file for foam by yourself, there is no password there. its not so hard. Few hours and all done

Mclareniak, I know it is not the same, and I hope you don't mind me mentioning it Shadeling, but if you are no good with Pepakura designer as I am, here is the link to the foam thread for the "classic" hulk buster. Not quite the same, but it's another option.

All parts in 1 file, unfold for paper, 8,5Ft (2,6m)

I made only this unfolding, and have no idea about other files you talking about.
