Wait 10-30 sec when you open a file. old comps, sometimes, have problems with big pdo files.

I understand it's an experiment, but why? What is the advantage you are hoping for by putting it on the outside?

when u sanding ages, u can damage a paper. but if fiberglass covered paper - u can sand it and dont be worried. i just want to try and see result. usually i make 1-2 coats of resin outside and resin with fiberglass inside.

Interesting idea. I usually do as you said, fiberglass the inside and filler the outside.
I can see what your aiming for, and like IronMeg I'd like to see how it turns out
 
Almost completed designing gears and adjustable hinges using small ball joints and small all-thread or screws with heads cut off for easier manual adjustments
