Let me start by apologizing if I have posted this in the wrong place. I am new to posting here and was unable to find a tag that fit this subject. And yes I have familiarized my self with the guidelines of the forums.
I started last week on a realistic Ice King crown.
The voices made me.. They tell me things..
They tell me the secrets... the secrets of the ice and snow... that the power of the crown will save me with its frost.
Excuse me sorry I couldnt resist.
I learned somethings about working with pvc sheets AKA: "Sintra" expanded pvc.
Did you know that it pvc sheets have a grain? Yep they do and they dont like to flex across it.
I was using 2mm pvc sheet and had a cross cut and when it flexed it snapped.
Also found that I could avoid crossing my cuts on the sheet by going over it once with a xacto and going back over it with a 1/2in chisel.
I wish I could upload the pictures but I dont have them at the moment.
I cut some pieces to create a mold for gemstones.
