AT-AT buttplate question

Hey all,

I've seen reference photographs of the AT-AT "buttplate" detail in two different configurations - which is considered to be correct? It appears to be upside down in some of the reference that I've been scouring over - any ideas? Is the MR configured properly?

I think the MR version is the "most" correct one, although I don't think the ILMers much cared which way they replaced mounting point covers--it's possible both configurations were used.

As Jay said. They didnt care about those kind of thing, that's a bit like the cover on the top of the Lambda Shuttle or on the X-Wing's butt. I think the best way is to try to watch the movie (Im not sure we see the back of the stopmo AT-AT's though). Or just make it removable and change it from time to time ! :)
