Hey guys,
I thought i would start my first thread with my first project a friend asked me to do for him.
This was originally a store bought costume from NYCCostumes store. This is what it looked like out of the package - Men's Assassins Creed Connor Costume | Mens Costumes TV and Movie Halloween Costumes.
So i chopped it up and made it as best screen accurate as i could with some tweaks here and there for my friends preference.
Okay, to start the jacket, vest and sash was one peace. i cut it up and made the inner coat with sleeves. made a full sash and complete redid the gauntlets, added inner lining to the hood. i also scratch made the back pouch, quiver, belts, boots and cuff.
This was the finished result. i learn a lot doing that one costume but it opened up a world of stuff i want to do next.
I was ok but not happy with the finished work because he needed it in two days, so a lot of the stitch work was sloppy.
If i had the time, i would definitely rework it. Hope you guys like it.
please chime in with some constructive feedback.
