No to be honest i have got used to welding it.. its messy but is strong hold after body filler you wont notice [emoji106]

Started on the cod section really slow going but coming together almost finished the other arm body filler primer ect will hopefully be starting body filler on chest and back nxt week ☺

Ok holidays over so i am going to tackle the back section first i have already resined inside with cloth for strength. I have cut the air flaps from one side and added a peice of 300gsm card on the inside 2 coats of resin + cloth i will probs be adding details under the flaps if enough room i will continue with the other side

Ok! so small update i have started the bodyfiller on the back..i have put down some primer filler on the two outter air flaps need to wet sand. not a lot to show at this stage

Looks good! I remember thinking when I watched the movie that they're not making it easy for fans to build their own armour... so many small plates! I think the motorization will look really good when you get everything connected.

Cheers!..cant paint any of it till summer way too cold im using a kit built reprap off ebay its a little work horse had no problems so far lol
