You can put they may ruin your eyes your best bet is to go to an eye doctor and get a good set that way A) The contact lenses last longer they don't ruin your eyes.

Yes I was wanting to know that too. I was wondering if the scleral lenses are uncomfortable. I used contacts for years until I had laser surgery now the doctor said I see off the charts (20/13). I was thinking about getting the Predator lenses from 9mmsfx but didnt know how they would feel being they cover the entire eye. From what I have read you want to tear your eyes out after an hour with scleras.
Definitely, absolutely go to an eye doctor, even if you don't need/wear glasses or contacts.
I have worn contacts for almost 20 years and I can tell you that putting in the wrong diameter, or base curve, not to mention the poor quality FX lenses that come out of asia can cause some permanent damage to your eyes.

I went to my eye doctor and got a check up and had him give me the size that I needed to order the contacts (diameter & base curve). Called 1-800-contacts and they had him fax the prescript over. Even though I dont wear contacts any longer (laser surgery = 20x10 ) I still needed a prescript to order them. Im happy with them, everyone thats gonna suit up should get some. .'.

If you get the diameter & base curve prescription for your eyes you cant tell you have them in. Vision was normal with no discomfort. I've worn contacts for years previous to getting the laser surgery and it felt the same as before. Be sure to paint the skin around the eyes with some black Halloween paint to really make your eyes stand out in the mask too. .'.
