I know jack about doing pep and my friend wants a spartan costume. I don't have the skill so i was wondering if anyone does these as a commission. If this is in the wrong spot please move. I'm really not sure how to do this as she's short and a little heavy and most of the pep i have seen are for tall skinny folks.
