Anyone made a bat cowl fromJ Worbla?

Just curious to see if anyone has tried Worbla to make a bat cowl? I'm remaking my Arkham Knight cowl and in the game the cowl is a hard, armored type of cowl. I'd like to get that same hardness from a thin material and thought I might get that effect using Worbla sheets. Thanks!

Worbla might be a bit tricky to get looking smooth, without some kinda form to work on top of. You might have more luck looking at 3D printing as a solution instead?

Agreed, if you're adding texture to the cowl, you might be ok.
