Anovos has not made any such statement. All of the posts regarding bankruptcy and/or "closing their doors" has purely been speculation.

A member here IS filing a class action law suit against them though for non delivery of products

Looking at what's available in the Resistance shop at Galaxy's Edge, their Poe helmet does seem to be the Anovos one. Even down to the tag placement inside.
