It's a long story that was documented in this thread a couple pages back.
Long story short - Initial order was in stock and shipped in a couple days. Unfortunately it was too big. I immediately contacted them for a replacement and was told that they did not have my size in stock and that I should hold on to the original and they would contact me when they got them in. I was told May or June. Needless to say that time came and went.
After a back and forth over a couple of months they finally got them in around September. I have been waiting for them to ship it ever since.
Finally got notice on Friday and it arrived today.

Congrats on getting your stuff! I am hoping this is a start of a wave of shipments.
Quick update... The new belt fits great.
Interestingly the finish on it is completely different from the previous one. Less distressing which I really liked on the other one. I can fix that easy enough but it makes me wonder if they changed manufacturers since the previous run. I'll post comparison pics later.
Anyway... Just an observation.

While I understand the curiosity and oddity of the shipping/fulfillment issues at Anovos, this may be a bad time of year for which to establish a baseline. They no doubt got tons of Christmas "smalls" orders they'll prioritize first.

Been seeing a bunch of people getting stuff so that is positive. Hopefully we'll see some of the Kylo ensembles soon.
One of my remaining 6 orders has been fulfilled a few weeks ago.

I know this is not Star Wars related but my friend ordered a proton pack kit on Black Friday from anovos
I told him I wouldn’t because of all the shipping issues I see here with Star Wars stuff
He messaged me this morning, he got shipping info and should be at his house Thursday

Wow, that is pretty amazing....
I've said this before that I love the IDEA of Anovos. They produce quality stuff they just don't seem to have their background processes figured out. Sounds like they had a bunch of shuffling over the last year or so. Hopefully they (and us) will finally be able to see the fruits of that labor.

I was sent an email last week saying they had some extra Luke X Wing helmets and i got get one if i wanted - it said nothing about shipping. With the delay on the FOTK i just passed as much as I'd like to have one. Couldn't rationalize paying 2-3 years in advance. And i've been one of their supporters. I get the issues with overseas and all that, but there comes a point where you've got to own it and do what you can to make it right and i've not seen any of that, period.
It's wiser to take a step back and wait. Once they optimize their process, then we'll all be back - or at least I know I will.

Wait, have those been shipping already? Has anyone here received one? I ordered mine when they first were announced and I've yet to hear anything further. How could they have extra?
