I agree looking forward to Sept 1st which is literally around the corner. Now if its a little late i am not going to fault them over what USPS, FEDEX or UPS does. Bottom line i wanna see folks get their items. However, i am giving a lot of leeway here b/c this new whatever you want to call it has SOME SERIOUS!!! back orders that need to be filled. Keep my fingers for all who have been basically waiting for years.

I sent an email to Denuo Novo asking about the estimated delivery for my outstanding orders. I also suggested a few items I would like to see produced in the future. They replied today with the below.

We are prioritizing the back-order so we won't have any truly new items anytime soon for Star Wars but we will keep a list of requests for future development.

If they truly want to convince people they aren't just a rebranded Anovos, I suggest they take a look at what The Wand Company is doing with their upcoming tricorder release. Keep people updated with regular communication via a blog or some other social media. Don't wait for customers to reach out first. Show us pictures of the products as they're being made and ready for shipping.

It sounds like Disney doesn't allow photos or text to be posted for their licensed products without approving the photos and text. Even things like status updates need to be approved. That is why so much of the Anovos website content was reused.
 
You got it Doh2 ! Even if this new company does end up being legit and they do develop a Chewie mask you're going to have to wait years to get one because of the licensing and development of a prototype then production. This fan made version looks great to me and you can get it far sooner.

Until I start seeing unboxing videos and pictures of finished product in customer's hands, this is only communication. Which is a good start, but meaningless without delivery.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Sept. 1st. Let's hope it comes to pass.
