Do we have a size comparison photo or are people comparing two separate images? I'm trying to compare it to some of Adam Savages' shots and I can't really see the size difference if it's significant.
Is it primarily different around the back of the helmet?
I did ask Anovos on the Facebook page if it was scaled up and they said it was.Any definitive word from Anovos as to why their helmet is bigger? It would be nice to know why.
If they scaled it up a bit that kind of takes away from the accuracy replications. Clarification would be appreciated @GotMaul, thanks!

Well, it's more of a costume piece than a Prop Replica. And the size difference is tiny, if anything.Who wants a non accurate size prop-helmet? :facepalm
Cosplayers.Who wants a non accurate size prop-helmet? :facepalm
No, YOUR point was the helmet in the film has more texture. Now you're saying that there "may" be multiple helmets in the film so me asking to show the one you were specifying misses your point? Clearly by that logic, there are multiple helmets so I can't be wrong either. We have a Schrodinger's Kylo? Write a grad paper on that..
Jeez man.. what a joke.. :lol
It's worth mentioning that us going on this tangent has completely avoided the other question my post had which was the size disparity.. was the Anovos helmet scaled up to fit more heads? Is the Propshop too small? Is either the size of the real helmet?
Cosplayers.
To be honest, I was surprised to find out that there were people here who regularly buy costume pieces they can't even wear.
Both kinds make good customers.
the helmet is sized perfect... it's very snug.... but I imagine it won't fit some people.Nothing made me question my Kylo ensemble purchase than the helmet. I always saw the concept of his helmet as a snuggly fitted mask to hide his face or to strike terror as opposed to a head protecting helmet like Vader or Stormtrooper.
I have a size 8 head. It's impossible to find hats to fit me. The BS Stormtrooper doesnt fit and the Anovos Stormtrooper is tight. The moment of truth came last week when the helmet arrived and I tried it on. It was snug but it fit in the manner I thought it was meant to, close to the head. It may be a tad larger than the PS ( I don't know. I can't do a side by side comparison) but hey, at least it's not the bobble head size helmet they use on the Kylo walk-around character they have at the Disney Parks.
For the overall shilouete of the character, I think the Anovos works just fine.
