Thanks for looking?!? Thank-YOU for sharing!!!! That stair-way is just... it's... UGH!!!!! How in the HELL do you come up with some of this stuff?!? I simply LOVE your imagination and creativity. Did you actually consider making the ramps wide from an engineering stand-point, or is that just coincidence? I can just see little people scurrying about the ramps hauling mobile platforms of parts, materials and cargo to load onto the ships or remove supplies... brilliant! Thank-you. :thumbsup

How do you do it, Katsu-san? I am blown away by these micro details! This is beyond incredible.
Awesome looking work so far.
I too am amazed at the creative process that is working out to be a great looking ship.

This build shows an amazing degree of "backwards thinking", which is to say starting with a visualization of the end result, and building backwards to the beginning, anticipating the problems in reverse! Quite an admirable skill you've got, there!:thumbsup
That's sounds great! Which means I can enjoy your another star ship coming up!!I am thinking of doing something like this as well and it is fun to see this project as it progresses and finds itself.
Will you be making some small figures of people for scale at all? It may bring it to life even more.
Thanks,
Mobius
Awesome detailing, Katsuthumbsup:thumbsup Makes me want to visit Japan and watch you work on it.
Very nice work. I am impressed, of course. As crackerjazz said, a trip to Japan would have to include visiting you. Of course I have always loved Japan. If I could afford it, I would spend a year in Japan, just watching the sword-smiths. You have a cultural heritage that is nearly un-matched, anywhere in the world. That heritage certainly shows itself in your work.
This thread is keeping me in a constant state of amazement. I love the stairways at the end of the hanger deck!
Whoa!! Nice job there!!
