I bought several acrylic picnic plates a couple of years ago,and finally inspiration struck:
The original plates had flat bottoms, so I heatformed two shallow domes, cut them to size, and blended them in with filler. It's missing two vertical tailplane on the engines. And a fairing behind the canopy.
From the top, with panel lines, the two engines started out as clear plastic dessert pots!
Underside with more engraved panel lines- does anybody actually enjoy scribing panel lines?
Oh, and the canopy opens:

It's from a popular, current, animated Tv show, it only appeared once, anybody recognise it?
