Despite the back and forth we've had in this thread, I'd like to applaud Hal's efforts as well. It's this type of searching that yields the results we all want, which is to find that exact found item used on the originals, because, there's nothing better than that. Just because this particular piece wasn't one of those times, you never know on the next thing.

I would love that to be true. I have searched for literally hundreds of hours trying to find all the ATAT pilot greeblies.

If only me and my wife hadn't had twin girls last year I am sure I would have them all by now :lol.

Funny how priorities in life can change

For years I thought Vaders tusks were tenax self tapping snap studs. There are some days when I still think they are I just cant find the right ones :unsure

Clearly gino and I are not trying to convince each other of anything, but are merely trying to rally support from the membership. We're not arguing about prop details but bickering about personal issues. I apologize for getting caught up in the moment when I should have taken the high road, and not have wasted the good proppin' time of the members here.

Guys, all this boils down is the same insane driving passion for Vader we all
share. It's not only an affliction it's a sickness!!!

Not only is there the passion for Vader, there is an attention to detail that
would drive most sane people nuts.

Sure there is desperation and frustration sometimes but it would be sad
if there was any real hate here. Because basicaly we are all trying to achieve similar things here and we can and do help each other.

That said though, sometimes I think to get anywhere with anything of real interest and passion there needs to be some clashing of ideas and ego's.
It's what happens in business, politics and marriage! Some conflict is
healthy and neccessary.

I think this has been an interesting thread and almost 20 pages!!!
