The Chewie thing never bothered me. It bugged the Hell out of me though that Leia said "I knew there was more to you than just money!" to Han after the battle.

All she ever said up until that point was that he was all about the money! Opportunistic two faced *****!

I'm still wondering why Leia wasn't recognized for her courage and bravery throughout this whole ordeal. Was it not her that got the plans out of Vader's reach? Did she not take charge during the death star escape when both Han and Luke were just whining? It's like she was never even a part of it all.

She was expected to lead the charge, to rise above and beyond and like officers in the military, give credit to those who you lead.
