Angela (Spawn) WIP

What's awesome is, I'm 5'10.75" as is, my boots make me about 6'3", and then with the height of the headdress, I'll be like 6'7-8"

So... hard to miss? Excellent, since I'll be keeping an eye out for this costume!

Here's WIP of my Angela ribbon. Fabric paint with homemade stamps. I learned this trick from another Angela costumer. I will be sewing this onto a purple ribbon once dried!

Haha and this is why this is the WIP thread!

I just finished my ribbon today. It's 25ft long.
I'm using EVA foam for my boot, shoulder, and arm armor.
Leather for my huge belt.
Wood and PVC pipes for my staff.
This makeshift chainmaille looking sht.

Sweet progress! I loved reading Spawn back in the day, and the dynamic between Spawn and Angela made for some of the best storylines. The progress looks awesome so far, keep it up.

Spawn was the best of the Image Founder's books. You are presenting the character perfectly!

Now; to reboot the movie franchise...

Working on my armor now! All pictured pieces except for my big boot.

It's EVA foam, craft foam and microcell foam.
I'll be coating it all in plastidip, and then painting! They're gold pieces and silver pieces.

I've always loved Angela's character design, especially the head dress/makeup/huge spawn earrings.

If you're looking for a more matte finish to the makeup, you can either use a translucent setting powder or you can press a matte black eyeshadow onto it, which will also keep it really black.
