Anakin/Vader head scars?

As ive been building my Vader OWK bust it dawned on me that Disney may well have tried to make it look like the scar on top of Anakin's head was maybe caused in the finale fight between him and Obi in the series.

I always thought it was caused by the fight im ROTS?

It was in RotS, so it didn't happen in OWK.

So the way you make the OWK scar is more healed than the RotS one, but maybe not as healed as the RotJ one. I think the Adam Savage Tested video shows the OWK Hayden bust with the scar.
