People on FB are debating whether that’s a strap in ahsokas hand or the power wires for the hilts

I’m pretty sure we have seen footage in mando season 2 BTS that they had straps.. but I can’t remember clearly

If you’re not with me… you are my enemy…

Never been a ep3 graflex fan until this episode…

I'll post here as stuff is rolled out. Me and Mojave talk a lot, so it's only natural we use this thread as a hub for development.
That's good news. I'm on the lookout for an accurate RotS but the 7C Aniflex has not been available for a while. I'll be keeping my eye on this thread! It's my favorite saber design.

Appreciate seeing the comparisons and reference in here, it can sometimes be hard to keep the various offerings straight.

I've been wanting to replace my 89sabers skinnyflex that I got a few years ago since it came with multiple blemishes right out of the box, but at the time a death in the family caused me to immediately shove the package into the closet. Didn't end up taking it out until the next year and then...bummer. Not horrible but I'm looking to upgrade.

Just got my Youngling Slayer hilt from guabe and Shadowfoil

I’ll be doing a more thorough comparison when the rest of the parts arrive but for now here’s a photo dump:

Here it is compared to other “Most Accurate” hilts. From Left To Right:
- 7Chambers Aniflex Elite
- Youngling Slayer
- Master Replicas Limited Edition
- SP Sabers Low Ground

Just overall, a huge shout to Guabe / Laredo Sabers for this amazing design, having adjustable clocking, and bunny ears as well as different options for pommels and buttons for you to choose which prop you want it to look like!

Looks like a solid hilt, the copper eye is supposed to resemble one of the auctioned props?

I would have like to see a MR style black neck for more accuracy to the original (y)

The biggest challenge was to have both top and bottom buttons be functional with a "fully removable" chassis. There is very little room to have that plus a thin neck insert. This could hinder blade stability unfortunately. Engineering wise the factor of safety was below my comfort level.
