Hi,

Sorry I must have missed this. The original flightcaps were constructed from byrd cloth, a very close alternative ive been told is cotton twill.

I found a supplier in Australia of a fabric that I think matches pretty nicely, but i'd say you'd have a much easier time finding some in the US.
