Haha yeah it does some times seem like the replica ironman forum sometimes. Are you making the helmet from a pepakura file or doing it free hand?

Little of both, using the pepakura file from three different files I had, but just using it to get the basic form, after I make the shell its all freehand.

Yeah sooner or later we are going to see Iron-man conventions, lol.
