Amazing Spider Man 2 screen print costume attempt...

Hey I love the suit so far! it looks great!

I have a question though. I saw that you made the all the different segments. Now you had a top and a bottom done. Did you sew them together or could you sew in an invisible zipper all the way around to make it like a shirt and pant system? or would you have to sew the belt to the pants and make a U-Zipper in the back.

I am new at all of this. So thank you!
 
Do you have a problem with the elasticity of your fabric? Like, is it very restrictive? I dont know if you could add stretch additive to your water based ink because all stretch additive is meant for plasticol inks, and although I haven't tried it, I'm not sure if you could mix those.
 
Thought this was cool these are screen printed. Webs on a tshirt i bought my son from walmart

Yes I'V been rubbish at posting of late but really busy... When I have a spare moment I will sew up my final suit! It's 90% ready and just so you know (and the pictures webs have long sines changed and obviously too thick) but it involves MY hand dyed red fabric, screen printing, new 3D (1mm webs) and a SHEAD load of work!!!! #notenoughtime #tired #wtf

Oh cool man will u have some pics? Looks awesome though. Also I was wondering if you would ever do a run for the amazing spiderman suit? I seen that you silk screen it tjough but would screen printing work?

hey guys so i have been following this thread for a while and the progress is looking amazing, i love how the blue has turned out but i think the red could be a little closer (this is Milliskin shiny cherry red 4 way stretch lycra) have u guys seen this before it has the satin finish to it and is almost the perfect colourcherry-shi11.jpg

just looking at the back of your suit i can tell this is gonnabe the one to get once you nail the webbing down....
