Amazing Spider Man 2 screen print costume attempt...

Any of those "stretch satins' advertised on those sites aren't suitable--I ordered several swatches and they don't actually have functional stretch at all.

This is the description they usually use:
"This satin fabric is lightweight with a lustrous sheen and 10% stretch across the grain. It is perfect for special occasion apparel, cocktail dresses, skirts and fancier jackets."

Not suitable for spidey use.

Well I checked my other computer and I found the website with the fabric.

I searched this image on Google and it only led me to one site, Buy Online Designer Fabric | Spandex Fabric House | Designer World, no other site uses this picture.

The red he used is burgundy and the blue one is Navy blue.

And Luna all I can say is, that's the photo he posted and he removed it and blocked me right after I pointed out the fabric name and where it came from.
The ironic thing is the website says this fabric is only 4% lycra, but I'm 100% sure that that's the fabric he said he was using. Either that or he lied and got caught and that's the real reason he blocked me and took down the pictures.

I was referring to webhead's link with the "stretch satin" fabric, not to your post, which was already down when I commented.

This is the most promising fabric I've found at the moment, I'll see if I can get some swatches.

You've probably seen it in a movie last month with some british dude wearing a suit that very closely resembles it.
