any updates on this? thinking about tackling jean's suit and was hoping to see more on your cyclops suit and the paneling, etc.

You may have solved the visor issue a long time ago, but in case you see this endo500, have you thought about vacuum forming the visor instead? You already have the mold, you could make a very light plastic version that would probably be light enough to spirit gum to your face.
