After a few mishaps with dimensions, the kango printed perfectly in ABS.
3d print on the left, original on the right.
3d printed parts are fully interchangable with the original also, the first photo shows the 3d printed body with an original handle and the black brush covers are OG too.

Pump widget all drawn up and test printed - pretty happy that it fits the profile exactly of the real lower of the kango. Bolts all together with 2mm screws. Mixture of FDM and SLA

Thanks for all the feedback, i have not had much time for prop builds lately, but one small update.
I modelled up the elusive trigger boot based on some reference photos of a largely unbroken original, which was supplied by a legend of a collector.
3d printed it out of TPE and fits the original backing plate and original switch.

Working on the hama at the moment, finished up the lower vivitar panel and knocked up the decal,
modelled up the green plastruct connectors for the cabling on the front.

3 decals done to get the depth and I'll have to use a 1mm acrylic sheet cut on the laser to replicate the window. hopefully :/

Stop .... Hama time .. ok print time. Printed out the housing on a fdm in ABS at .19, of course lost the logo details, but came out really nice. Had some dodgy old resin left over from last year in the form2 and printed the vivitar parts out. The lens from the original hama fits my print, so I'm close ... but a few tweaks are still needed ... anyhow pics tell a better story
