A few more renders, getting there with the internal design. Ill use a mixture of copper pipe and 3d printed parts for the tubing and run thin copper rod for the wiring painted.

This honestly looks better than the real prop. From now on, the actual movie prop will be replaced by this one in my mind.

From your piping, it looks like it will actually spew fire. Are you planning on hooking this up to a propane bottle?

Might be late to the party here, but if the "plug" dimension request was regarding the Hensen coupler fitting in the back I can get you that. I have one at home.

If the carry handle issue is still in doubt, I would say fill it in.
These are closeups of the last 2 flame units to sell through Propstore of London. The white background was supposedly a Hero and the black was a Stunt. Both look to be filled in.

Thanks, no not a plumber ... im sure a plumber would look at the pipes and roll thier eyes
Im using fusion 360 for the software.

I ran a test print of the front end and noticed the m203 looked wrong. A few checks around the internet and i realised its too thin and it needs a taper from back to front. Appart from that very happy with the fit of all parts. Curently redrawing the M203 and will run a test print over night.

Test print completed and the difference is really noticable -updated dimensions in olive drab.
Correct number of holes too and changed the location of them.
