Wow, I really like the design even without the skull. What material did you use for the skull? Sorry if I asked, I really don't have an idea about casting and molding stuff. I'm just curious cause it has a smoky-clear look on it.

the skull is a raw cast out of fiberglass resin.......is a natural brown color....great for under colors for Bios, skulls, and armor.......I'll have more pics up this weekend of the fully painted skull......

Well here it is.......a couple months of sculpting and casting skull Alien pieces and new Bio Helmet design I'm finished. This new Predator Bio helmet and
I am very happy with the final turn out of the colors and design...I gave the Bio a rusted iron look, and an aged Alien skull look......This a is huge Bio and is worthy to be in any collection...I'll have a video posted on you-tube showing more detail of helmet in the next coming weeks....I will also have more of these casted later this month...They will look identical to this one....They will be on ebay with my other replicas....so let me know what you think, I'm really exited about this helmet and I hope everyone else likes it as well...............

It is a little heavy, but I hav'nt tested it yet. I'm sure a litte extra wiring to hold up the weight with help out.....

would you be willing to sell any casts of the alien skull separate?

actully I was thinking of selling just the Alien skull with the jaw attached to it, and have it in some kind of display case or something.....I mean the skull isint the entire Alien skull in length but its a cool display piece...Alien skull size is around 32", mines at around 22" long so it proporly fits on the helmet...somedayr I might extend a cast and create a full Alien skull to mold and cast........next summer maybe.............

your skull is the perfect size for anytime of armor. i mean it would look good on its own as a shoulder bell, thigh plate, or even on the chest armor like Broken Tusk's armor. you made yourself not one but TWO really incredible pieces of work here.

I think that is the most intersting design change ive seen so far I think it looks wicked! Whats the idea behind it? I mean would it be made from alien skin to be acid resistant cuz so far thats a big weakness for predators. Will you be making a suit to match?
