Advice please on how to mold this sculpture

Hi, I created this sculpture using buff clay and I want to create a silcone mold if possible. I have made previous silcone molds from models sculpted in chavant but never with this type of clay before. I just wanted to know know whether it was possible. The biggest issue I'm having as it is crack as it is drying so not sure if I can mold with it being semi wet/damp. Appreciate any tips or advice.

Thank you! It is based on a character from the TV series Taboo, called Atticus.

In first instance no problem using silicone over water based clay, nor over damp clay.
If it´s platinum silicone allways make a small test in an uncompromised area of the sculpt just in case, but should be fine.

Hi, when using water-based clay, use crystal clear coat (Similar to most clear coat spray cans) to seal the sculpture. hope that helps.
