Well,after I posted it here I got alot of replies by pm

There are several 6 inch Batman figures on sites like Amazon. Some look like they'd be a good base for an Arkham Asylum figure.. some you could just use straight without modification and most people wouldn't notice any difference.

I have no doubt that the people on here could deliver better, more accurate, figures for you as custom works but if you need it fast and or cheap.. a re-paint of one of those would probably suffice.
