Here is my entry into the costume contest. I have been posting my progress in Wonderquids's thread on Cyberman. Thanks to Wondersquid and JFCustom for their foam patterns, I used many of the patterns not only directly but also to base some of my own patterns after. For the paint job is used a few types of PlastiDip. I first heat sealed the foam and then covered the suit in a three layers of standard PlastiDip. From there I used 3 coats of metallic Krylon spray paint. To give the foam a more metallic sparkle I sprayed two coats of PlastiDip Silver Metalizer. I finished the suit with two coats of PlastiDip Glossifier to make it shine a bit more.
Overall the suit took about 2 months of work on and off. It was a fun build and I eventually plan on building a Series 7 & 8 Cyberman.

First two photos attached are the test photos for my gloves and arm blaster electronics. The contacts to turn on the LED are on the thumb and pointer finger so when making a fist the contacts touch.
Next two photos are of the chest piece and first test fitting of the legs and arms.
Next three photos are from the first test fitting after getting most of the costume glued together and then painted. Was pretty excited after seeing the photos.
Last set of photos were from Fantasticon Milwaukee this past weekend where I entered in and won the Doctor Who Costume Contest!
I will post my "Proof" photo when I get home from work this evening.
