A question about Yoda

Maybe a strange question, but I am looking into a full size Yoda display and I am wondering what size his head should be? I don't need exact measurements just some basics -inches high and wide of his face? I want to make sure I am not using the wrong size noggin :D
Thanks

It's such a difficult question as it depends upon which movie, scene, puppet, expression and so on.

A very rough guide to ESB/ROTJ type Yoda head is approx. 15" eartip to eartip and approx. 8" from bottom of chin to top of head (in a straight line).

Take a look at ESB when yoda is on Luke's back.

From there take into consideration that Mark Hamill is not a very large guy.

Might be able to get a close approximation from that.

Thanks, I recenly bought one and it just looked too small to me. It is always hard to tell because everything looks bigger on the movie screen. And most shots of life-size replicas have no person in the shot for referance.
I just didn't want to work on the rest of him only to find in the end I had a mis-sized head. I tried looking at shots of him in Episode 2 & 3 and his head looked only slightly smaller then most of the people.
I will try ESB with those good "backback shots" that should help. And I was lucky enough to hang out some around Mark, so I have an idea of his size (in relation to me) so that will be a better compairson then folks in the first 3 films.
It is a sweet looking head so I am hoping it is OK (size-wise) :)
Thanks again.
