1) Where can I find the camo net? Without an embarrassing trip to victoria's secret?
2) How long does latex last? (without maintanence.) What does it do when it deteriorates?
3) How long does silicone last? Can I use the same paints/ molding meathods/ skin meathods as latex with it? What does it do when it deteriorates?
4)Where can one find a decent airbrush in a subuebs/ country border? (I live right in the threshhold) And not on the internet.
5)Are there any alternatives to airbruching that use the same methods?
6)Where can I see decent sculpting meathods?

I usually avoid making posts like these, but I just broke. I NEED TO KNOW!!!!!!!!!!

1. For a full suit? Anywhere that sells replacement hockey netting. Dye it black and you're done!
2. Depends on how it's treated, how thick it is, the quality of the latex etc etc... if it's a display piece you never take out and doesn't ahve sun on it, it'll last for 20+ years.
3. Not sure.
4. Any decent hobby or art supply store should have them, but they're definitely cheaper on the net. The Iwata HPC is a great brush.
5. Erm.. no.
6. You can find tons of great sculpting DVDs online.... just do a google search.

Fling!

1) You can get sports netting on ebay for cheap.

2) Im gonna start a whole new thread for question number 2.

3) Silicone can not be painted with arcylic paints. There already is a thread about silicone masks.

4) No one can tell you were to get an airbrush unless they live where you do. So its either the net or its up to you to look around for one in your area.

5)No.

6) Get a video from monstermakers.com on sculpting

1) Check out any local sports stores for goal netting - hockey, baseball etc. Also, you could use fishing net as well.

2) Latex will last a long time aslong as it's properly cared for. Keep it out of direct sunlight.

3) Silicone is expensive. And it's also expensive to paint because you need silicone based paints to do so. They're very toxic.

4) Unfortunately, the internet. I would say look around your area, but I don't know your area at all.

5) No. Airbrushing is it's own method. I'm sure you could mimic airbrushing using other techniques, but that'd take you forever.

6) Check out you tube. Do some searches there, and you'll pull up some pretty neat sculpting videos. Not exactly a how-to, but some neat insight nonetheless.

I also have another question. What would be the best way to mold a pred head to where the mandables are hollow? Is that even possible?
