A pep designer 3 question

:behave Hey guys on Saturday i ordered the pep designer 3 software. Now i have now comp skills so please laugh after you've answered my question. I was told that i would be given a password via email. Now the only email i received was after the purchase. There is a mention of a keyword which is a series of numbers. Now is that the password? or do i still have to wait, and once i have the pass word then what do i do with it? Thanx for the help. You may laugh shortly...GM

I don't know why you don't have an Enter Password option under help. Maybe if you check for updates, it will request a registration #? Sorry I couldn't help.

OK, now that I've crammed way too many posts in a row here, (sorry)

Your screen pictures are of Pepakura Viewer 3, not Pepakura Designer 3. Make sure you've downloaded Pepakura Designer 3, and then make sure your files are opening in PD3 and not Pepakura Viewer 3. Your computer is probably choosing viewer as the app to open your .pdo in, that's what mine did until I switched it.

:facepalm Hey man i finally got it. My comp skills are non existant. The funny thing is prior to joining the RPF i really did'nt use the computer, so it's a matter of learning along the way. But thanx so much for the help. Perhaps i should put you on retainer for tech support LOL. Thanx again...GM
