Tomorrow I am going to a Thrift store to see if I can get some cheap face up boots for my sneakers. However they are for display as I wont be wearing them (as I make a bad batman lol).

Isntead of Sewing the leather to the shoe I was wondering of gluing would work? What kind of glue do you think would work the best? *Note: I plan to fill the shoes with paper to stand up)
