3D Print Scout Trooper Build (WIP)

Hey all. I'm currently doing a Kylo costume mainly, but as a side project (like I need one :S..) I'm printing a full Scout Trooper starting with the Helmet. So far yesterday and last night I managed to print the lower part of the faceplate.
I know, it's going to take a lot to be even close to accurate but, I'll give it a go!..

Sorry for the delay. I don't like leaving my print on while I go to work so I tend to just do it through the evening/night. It's been a pain sanding these parts, so I've gone to 60 grit! Seems to be working. Anyway just some pics here to show there is progress printing parts haha. Cheers!

Looks great! These buckets are few and far between, any chance of selling a kit?

Stuck the pieces together. Going to leave to fully cure before I separate the peak from the faceplate. A few gaps here and there but happy with it so far
