"300" Spartan Brooch

Not only was the movie incredible, so were the props. Simple and elegant that helped support that characters.

I took my hand at creating the brooch the Spartan warriors wear, knowing that each one is a little different on some.

I kept the inherent weathering and dents to a minimum and she measures about 3.5 inches long.

I have to smooth a few things out and tighten up the corners as well as bring the height of the edges down, but your feedback is most welcome.

Updates as of this morning:

I reworked the corners some and added some more texture to the parts overall; I will go in and make everything cohesive with some smoothing.

Then with a few little tweaks it will make its way to a mold if there is interest in a resin cast?

I will have the final pics up tonight when I can tighten things up, I am still not satified with a few things.

Then an interest run. I am going to offer just raw pulls and let the buyer paint them so if he has the whole armor, he can match his painting and weathering to his whole set. If someone just wants the brooch painted, I can offer that as well.

Any idea how much they will be going for? What with taxes and IM plus tags on the car I'm a bit short this month. But I'm still very interested.
