Limited Run 2015 Marty McFly Jacket - Shipping Now!!!

hi Greeky04.

your jacket looks great & you have not even attach your waist & wrist belt :thumbsup

View attachment 410795View attachment 410796 hey everyone just wanted to share a couple of pictures of my girlfriend & I as Marty & Jennifer at a local convention over the weekend. The outfit was a huge draw especially when I went to visit my mate who had his delorean there as well. Hope you all enjoy and thank you to markpoon for doing this jacket run

Thanks mate. I tried attaching the belt and cuffs by stitching them on but the hole that the needle made was too large. Then I tried gluing them on but I couldnt get enough contact between them so gave up lol. Any plans on doing a rubber cast set?

ok, that's strange, I stitched them on & it worked... no, I'm not doing a rubber cast, the jacket will be too heavy...

Fill the belt and cuffs with flexible expanding foam. That gives you a lot of gluing surface.

Hi guys,

Anyone else interested in our future jackets? I have size S, M, L & XL available :D

Hi guys I finally wore my finished jacket and wanted to share some pictures. I stitched the cuffs and belt the same way Markpoon did, and worked pretty well. I still want to make some changes in the future, I liked the mods that Atarian made in his jacket.

I will finish my jacket is a couple weeks when I go home. I regret not finishing it last time I was on leave. This is mine currently. I got the upper arms and bottom of the jacket shortened, and I also separated the top straps to be separate from the neck piece. Both sides are done, but I only have one picture of one finished. And I don't have any pictures of this, but I cut the belt in half with a table saw and made it the same height as the buttons. All of the straps and control boxes are also glued on, but I forgot to take pictures.

My small jacket feels quite big on me. I'm likely going to have to have I tailored like MitasTouch did his. I just moved out to the country, so I hope I can find someone out here to do that kind of work. I never got the chance to do so before I left Charlotte :unsure

Yes even a size small is a tad too big, but tailoring the arms and shortening the bottom really helps with the whole look. I believe all of the arms are the same length no matter what the size of the jacket is. But if I were to start all over again, I would have left about 1.5 inches more in length on the arms and made smaller control boxes. The included ones are a little big.
