It will be a 2 pieces hull however it would have been easier and time saver to mold and (roto)cast it as a single piece around the armature, I don't know why they did not do that !

Hi Julien.
First off, let me say what a beautiful job. Just beautiful. Flawless craftsmanship. I've been following this thread from the beginning, but I have to ask. I noticed that you used Plastruct (or EMA) spheres for the cockpit master. I had thought that the TIE master hull fell in between 5' and 5.125' and required it to be vacuformed to have the kit parts sit in the correct location. Maybe I missed something along the way (very, very possible). What size were your spheres Julien? Thanks.
