I'm still stuck on the frame for the cape. Has anyone seen a good one made or have any intel as to how it was done in the film?

If you have the Thor DVD (which probably is a daft statement) then it's on one of the featurettes. They used some kind of clips system to the armour and it was like a formed abs plastic I think.

Whats your e.t.a on being complete with this 1:1?!

Man I wish I knew.

The bust will be here by early - mid October, the leg guard will be shipped next week, the armor is hopefully only a week or two away from moulding, but the arms are just now being started....

So if I had to guess I would say DEC or JAN.

I'll see what I can dig up, it's been a while since I bought them

I searched black leather motorcycle pants on eBay.

Make sure to include "motorcycle" in your search or you will have to sift through all the S&M gear... I don't think Thor had a ball gag.... Except the one he put on Loki at the end of Avengers.

Thanks. No doubt I will get this one finished... I'm too far in to turn back now

I should have some updates soon. I hope to get the leg band in tomorrow or Monday... The bust will be here in mid OCT.

I'm still waiting on the head... should be about 10 more days and the armor/arms (Nov 20th).

but in the meantime I thought i could share a sneak peek at one of my side projects. I am building to an "Avengers Assembled" Thread.... so here is a look at the Black Widow Display... I still need to have a shadow box made for it... but would love yoru feedback before sealing it behind glass.

I will also be doing a Hawk-Eye weapon display and since I am moving I should have a pretty big new space to expand the collection as the new films come out.
