I can measure it up and take some more pics, it's basically a solid wheel in a frame so not too difficult to render and print.
Might save him a bunch more time to just send him the part!

@SofaKing01 you make my Mondays so much better knowing that the first thing I do when I get to work is to look in my emails, and find the subscription reminder of your thread. The better half of my morning is spent looking through here and catching up on the past weeks work. I hope my co-workers don't see this.... but then again I think they would understand seeing how awesome this is they would totally get why I Ignore them on Monday mornings haha.
Keep up the Great work Sofa!!!
Then my autopilot would deflate.

Came out beautiful SK, can't wait to see it on the cockpit.
Hey SK, you gonna put the large round bolts on the outside edges?
Hey Hey,
The large bolt is actually on the door frame itself. And you bet I will! I love that extra added design. I have a feeling they were plugs cut to hide the bolts keeping the frame bolted to the back wall.

Could be anything. Maybe laser cut acrylic, MDF or even a dowel. The frame appears to be about 1.5 - 2" wide and the round covers are almost the same width. I would also guess them to be about .5" thick. What I can't tell is whether the round cover is parallel with the frame or if they simply go straight up and down?
