When you watch, the chair pivots opposite the quad - left to right - thus the "steering"...

I just found this screen capture. Look in the bottom left. The rockers knobs have a base under the knob itself... I wonder if they're all like this?

Wanted to share another Screen Grab! Check out ALL the detail on the cockpit side of the MF. ALSO... Look just below Han under the ship - that's the where the little autogun pops from. Good Stuff!

That mysterious greeblie found in the MF cockpit, Snowspeeder cockpit and on the medical droid is also in the XWing. Bottom right corner... What the heck is that!?

Great finds!

I think those rockers in the x-wing cockpit are custom for that set, I think we'd be able to see a base like that in it's other locations if they all had it. Though I could be wrong.

I've been scrolling through screen grabs and that mystery part is ALL OVER the place... Check it out - dead center (painted to match surroundings)

I noticed that as well... it would seem that with ALL the digital enhancements... these would be the ones that would more important than making Luke scream as fell away from Vader after the Bespin duel...

The mystery greeblie looks like another style of flipped car dash... Similar to the side detail on Han in Carbonite. The shot with Chewie shows off its length nicely, and you can kinda see where the stereo would go, the guards would be, etc.

Those particular greeblies are everywhere... They have a small circuit board at one end and a MOD serial number inked on one side. So, whatever it is came from the UK

I keep looking at the greeblie and it reminds me of the of the center console in an old AMG gremlin or a pacer with the hurst shifter for an auto tranny. It has the slot for the shifter linkage and at the end it had a cutout for a tach gauge. I remember seeing it at the track when I was doing security for the amateur races.

This is a "slight" problem... When I covered the big "main" panel it changed the angle just a bit so I'm going to have to fiddle with it to get fit just right. UGH... oh well. I march forward...
