The Death Curse

Hey, all!
This is a sculpture I've had sitting around for a while. It's a work-in-progress, and still needs all the fine skin detail and a bit more "meat on his bones" to round out the back half. I'm also not sure how I feel about the display "base" right now. I was trying to off-set the extremely hunched position with a beefy torso and back section to keep the finished pieces stable. Would any more experienced sculptors care to chime in regarding the framing and style of this piece? If you like it, great! If not, let me know why. I'm open to any and all opinions and critiques on the work I've done so far, including the overall likeness. Here is a 360 degree view along with the specific scene I'm trying to mimic:
Thanks for looking and cheers,
Ryan
