The ESB / ROTJ yoda is still my favourite. I didn't feel a connection with the CGI version in the prequels

Ordered some Platsil 00 and platsil 10 today along with other materials required to start on the puppet version... Also started on the inner skull for the support of the very soft skin and animatronics... Jorg - I might need to talk with you soon

Thanks guys... just finished sculpting the skull and received the super soft silicone - this'll be my first full silicone piece and I'm hoping this thing will end up becoming the most articulate prop I've ever created:eek The Jaw will be moveable, the eyes and the ears and the head should be able to tilt on the neck. Apart from that, the hands and feet will be fully posable aswell:love

Heres the finished sculpt of the silicone puppet skull... Interestingly, the circumference of this skull is exactly the same as shown on a diagram of Freeborns Yoda skull - 21.5"

The deal sealer for me is that this is the first fan made item that gives me same eery feeling that the screen puppet did back in ESB.

Creepy little puppte then and now. Scarily good job. Love it.
