1/1 ESB Yoda sculpt: Needs some help!

I'm look to start my first 1/1 scale head (and I've chosen ESB Yoda) but I need some dimensions! :eek

I need the measurements of the head w/o the ears and the head including the ears (or an estimate) if possible.

Also, any pointers for the where I could obtain some eyeballs, robe material, belts, etc for the Jedi Master. Maybe Cyberman, Gino or other Yoda experts can help (I hope.... confused)

Nick Maley who I communicated with a lot over my Yoda head gave me an excellent pointer on the scale of Yodas head.... Freeborn made a lifecast of Frank Oz's hand and sculpted around that. The wrist at right angles and the fingers were positioned in such a way as if it were posed to articulate certain parts inside Yodas face (eyebrows and mouth). Nick also commented that Frank have very big hands.
