Re: Ancient Lightsaber of Ulic Qel Droma in Progress! The custom saber community usually use polycarbonate blades with about 1" OD, and hilts usually need to be at least 1 1/4" OD to be able to fit electronics. Complete Blades Saber looks pretty sweet so far, what's the emitter made of?

That's a good idea but a little out of my price range, and i have no experience with mold making. i'll probably wait til i can afford to mess up a personal project before giving it a go :) thanks anyway though, i may use that technique if i revisit this a while after it's done :)
