That's because in Japan it's not much less for $200 retail. Well, depending on the exchange rate I guess. The costume itself is crap. It's really thin and poorly stitched and the print itself is only accurate from a distance. If you're taller than 5'9" and have an athletic build it won't fit...

Sorry, but I can't help but notice how baggy it looks on you. Not trying to be rude, but is that because of your build or because the suit was too big? Both reasons maybe? Also, were you wearing a face shield for this?

Well, as I'm waiting on the actual suit to get here I figured that I'd start the thread for my work. The Paint: I used my handy Testors kit. For anything not metal I used their brand of acrylic paints. If you have never done it before and really wanted to, it's not that expensive of a kit...

Looks great man. I'm very excited to get mine (First runner here waiting on my suit to get here still...) and am glad that the suit looks as great as it does. Have you found a seamstress yet? I'm interested in seeing the workaround for the "weird seams" and things that our suits apparently...

Go to the junkyard, and you can purchase a suit there. Or commission one to be made/designed for you.
