The Denix 1189 Catalonian STL file? Help finding file or actual prop

I'm wondering if anyone has a .stl file to print this? Or, can someone scan theirs? Even better look at my WTB ad in the Forum. I'm willing to pay for either/both. I don't expect a cheap date.
